Amey Date Supporters – Angry and Frustrated

Posted by Administrator on March 16, 2006 - (18)

The battle for top 3 positions at Indian Idol 2 was supposed to be the exiting episode but unfortunately turned out to be a sad one. It was quite shocking to see Amey Date out not because he was not a better singer but only because he was caught in the mess of audience poll. How come he lost the poll when he is so popular? Looks something fishy.

According to Amey Date “As soon as I joined Indian Idol I thought that I may be triumphant or I may be defeated since each time a person cannot win his luck. I have lost today but I believe that it is more than winning the contest because the affection which I am receiving now from people I might not have got if I would have won the India Idol”

Amey Date supporters in Mumbai want the Indian idol show to be banned. His supporters were annoyed du to lack of transparency in the voting system. Amey Date is happy to see the support and does not want to go back even if he is recalled for the Indian idol reality show. Amey Date a pupil of Suresh Wadekar spend last 15 years learning music. He started his journey for music at an age of 5 years. Singing is his obsession but he could also play tabla, sarod and harmonium.

Indian Idol 14th March Update – Amey Date Out

Posted by Administrator on March 15, 2006 - (46)

Amey Date the heartthrob of viewers was voted out by viewers – hard to believe. The news triggered passion amongst audiences and viewers alike. Amey somehow managed the situation and embraced the reality. It was even hard for judges to accept the loss of Amey from Indian Idol 2. He was one of the toughest contestants for the title. Sonu Nigam on hearing the news denied his acceptance of the result made by viewers. Anu Malik was also shocked at the result and guessed that Indian audience lacked the expertise to judge the singers and real talent.

Time and again viewers have voted out the better ones at Indian Idol but this vote is a great loss at Indian idol show as they have lost their probable winner. Well, well, well, this is the reality of reality television. Well nobody knows the truth that if Amey was really voted out of the contest or it was yet another advertising gimmick. Give your comments of what you think about the authenticity of this result.
