Indian Idol Is back with auditions scheduled

The hunt for 2nd Indian Idol is going to start soon as expressed by Sony. Auditions are going to start soon at various centers in the country soon for one of the most successful reality show of all times “Indian Idol”. The promos have already being started on the channel and audition for Mumbai is going to start soon. You have to stay tuned to get the exact date, as it will be announced on the channel.
Fame Gurukul will end on October 21 and after that most probably sometime in November Indian Idol 2 will start. This time around it will have greater participation as the auditions will be held not only in major cities but will go to smaller towns too. Going by the tremendous response is got last time and the success of the entire finalist in their lives; Sony TV is optimistic with the program and has big plans for the show.
The program works two ways. It gives contestants a big platform to realize their dreams and put fortune within their reach, while offering big time entertainment to viewers. Abhijeet will tour the country with the auditions. The first Idol was aired on Sony TV from October 2004 and the winner, Abhijeet Sawant, was declared in March 2005.
