Fame Gurukul Update: 30th September

Let us have a look at the performance of the contestants today on 30th of September at Fame Gurukul. All the singers were good today but how good is for the people to decide who are going to vote for them. Here is the step-by-step update:
Arpita was the first to sing “Jaan-e-Jaan O Mere Jaan-e-Jaana” from movie Sanam Teri Kasam and originally sung by Asha Bhosle. Music for the movie was from great RD. Burman . The judges comment:
Javed akhtar: You sang very well. In the beginning of your song you were bit slow but aapne pakad achi banaye.
Alisha chinoy: You are pretty. You seem very confident and you have a good pitching in your songs.
Shreya ghoshal: Flawless performance.
Everybody’s favorite Qazi was next to come on stage and he sang “Ek pal ka jeena, phir to hai jaana” from movie “Kaho Na Pyar Hai”. Judges comments:
Alisha chinoy: You are a born star.
Javed akhtar: You have made right selection for the song perfectyly suited for your voice.
Shreya ghoshal: I have once voted for you. Perfect performance.
Next on stage was Ruprekha. She sang “Aayi Ye Aa Jaiye Aa Hi Jaiye, Yun Na Reh Reh Ke Hume Tadpaiye” from movie Lajja. Judges comments:
Alisha chinoy: Your pitching is perfect and you poses a powerful voice.
Javed akhtar: You sang very well today.
Shreya ghoshal: You are becoming a star and I agree on Alisha’s point.
Next on stage was Rex. He sang “Keh doon tumhe ya chup rahu” from movie Deewar originally sung by Asha Bhosle, Kishore Kumar. Judges comments:
Alisha chinoy: Good performance and your voice is marvelous.
Javed akhtar: You are improving day by day. Aaj aapki saans kahi kahi toot rahi thi.
Shreya ghoshal: You are simple and honest and that shows in your voice.
Sophie performed on “Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya” from movie Phagun. The song was originally sung by Asha Bhosle and Mohd. Rafi.
Let us have a look at the final scene of Fame gurukul. Arpita, Qazi and Rex under Danger zone. Ruprekha is in safe zone.

Arpita has to go. She cannont sing for nuts. The problem is entirely her overestimation of her ability and failing to correct the little slides here and there.
If she recorded a CD with 8 songs I would fast forward through it in 15 seconds if at all i can borrow one.
